2 year Graduate Trainee Programme

You will complete several placements across different locations in our UK network, gaining operations experience in the following areas:

• Business Solutions
• Continuous Improvement
• International Freight Forwarding
• Healthcare Industry Vertical
• Transport
• Warehousing

We will match you with one of our high-level mentors, who will challenge your critical thinking skills; support and develop your ideas and help to grow your confidence during the programme and beyond.

The programme is suitable for graduates with a minimum of 2:2 degree and a proven interest in logistics, a full UK driving licence is required, as is flexibility regarding location and shifts.

12 Month Undergraduate Placement:

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is enthusiastic about logistics. You will gain valuable experience, skills and networking opportunities, in order to support your first step in developing a rewarding career within our well-established, global logistics company.

This programme typically covers two placements within the Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes area.

You will be matched with one of our high-level mentors, who will support you in gaining the knowledge and skills required to succeed within your career in logistics.

This programme is suitable for students, who completed their second year of university and are want to gain practical experience before completing their final year at university. Proven interest in logistics, a full UK driving licence is required, as is flexibility regarding location and shifts.

Recruitment for Graduate Trainee and Undergraduate Programmes begins in November, with assessment centres taking place January and placements commence in September.

Yusen Logistics are a sponsor of the NOVUS programme, which is designed to attract, inspire and develop the next generation of supply chain professionals. NOVUS focuses on attracting high-calibre school and college leavers to study logistics and supply chain management at University, before moving into relevant graduate schemes or direct entry roles.
