Systems & Process Manager, Land Transport - CZECH & HUNGARY
Job location: Prague / Budapest Yusen Logistics Offices

Role Overview:
Lead the standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement of Land Transport operations across Czech Republic and Hungary. Drive process excellence, support TMS development and deployment, and ensure efficient, scalable, and compliant operations that improve productivity and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Process & Operations Excellence
•Define and implement standardized transport processes across both countries.
•Identify and deliver productivity improvements and process simplification.
•Support the rollout of the Target Operating Model (TOM).
•Align operational setup, roles, and responsibilities to business needs.

Quality & Compliance
•Establish and maintain process standards, controls, and work instructions.
•Monitor performance through KPIs, audits, and reporting.
•Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
•Coordinate and develop Super Users and Process Owners.

Systems & Digitalization
•Manage business requirements for TMS and related transport tools.
•Support system implementations, upgrades, and user adoption.
•Improve data quality, reporting, and operational transparency.
•Drive automation and integration initiatives (EDI/API, workflow automation, auto-billing).

Requirements
•5+ years of experience in logistics/transport, preferably within Road Freight.
•Strong background in process improvement, standardization, and system implementation.
•Experience with TMS platforms and transport operations.
•Analytical mindset with strong KPI and business performance focus.
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
•Fluent English; additional European language is an advantage.
•Strong planning, prioritization, and change management capabilities.
