Role Overview
We are looking for a HR Administration Supervisor to be based at our Annesley site (NG15 0DR). Reporting to the HR Administration Manager, the role holder will provide excellent customer service through the provision of an efficient HR Administration service to the business and HR team. We are looking for a self-starter, who will look to improve processes and ways of working as well as be adaptable to changes in HR systems.
This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), permanent position offering a salary of £35,000, with the opportunity to work remotely for up to four days per week. Monday will be an office-based working day (subject to business requirements).
The working hours are Monday – Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure effective performance of the HR Administration team, through workload management, adherence to standard operating procedures, ensuring attendance of training and PDR completion. Oversee the performance of team members, providing guidance and soft skill training.
GDPR compliance, ensuring security of information and retention of HR records in line with company policy. As well as compliance with applicable legal and organisational requirements through the employee life cycle. Ensuring new joiner processes are robust and legally compliant, including right to work, criminal record checks. Conducting self-audit of new joiner process and providing information for internal and external audits.
Ensuring the HR admin team provide timely set up of new joiners in HR systems (Zellis and Success Factors) and accurate and timely raising of purchase orders, matching invoices and resolving invoice queries with suppliers.
Ensure accurate & timely reporting of HR KPI’s in the Board report and support requests for management information.
What You Will Bring to the Role
• Level 3 CIPD required, Level 5 CIPD (desirable).
• Intermediate/ Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of up-to-date employment law, GDPR, right to work and HR best practice.
• Proven relevant supervisory experience in an HR Central role or similar position.
• Proven excellent customer service.
• Identify and support implementation of process improvements.
• Detail conscious, integrity and compliance.
• Ability to prioritise, organise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage work allocation fairly & effectively.
• Provide regular feedback and guidance to ensure team performance.
• Collaboration with and support to the HR team.
• Self and team accountability.
