Your Role
As IT Infrastructure Projects Engineer, you play a key role in delivering technical infrastructure projects across Europe. You ensure solutions meet our standards for performance, availability, reliability, and security—while working closely with internal teams and external partners. You contribute to improving our infrastructure landscape and ensure smooth handovers into operational support teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver IT infrastructure project activities to agreed quality, security, and performance standards
• Ensure smooth transitions from project phase to operational support teams
• Work collaboratively with IT Operations, IT Delivery and Project Managers to secure coordinated project execution
• Recommend improvements in reliability, performance, security, and cost efficiency
• Create clear, high-quality solution documentation in line with Yusen standards
• Support major incident resolution when required, alongside project delivery
• Align with industry best practices and internal governance processes

Who You Are
You bring solid technical expertise, a collaborative mindset and the ability to drive infrastructure projects in a complex, multinational environment.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
• Experience in multinational or matrix environments; logistics industry exposure is a plus
• Broad IT infrastructure knowledge and operational awareness
• Strong relationship-building skills and experience delivering technical projects
• Familiarity with JIRA, Kanban, Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
