Are you a skilled professional in logistics and transportation with a knack for designing customized solutions, implementing processes, and leading teams? Join our dynamic team as a Solution Design Manager Benelux, where you'll help drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the logistics and transportation domain.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development
- Conduct data analysis and cost calculations during the RFQ process to support new business development.
- Collaborate with operations to design transport processes that meet business and client needs.
- Work with procurement to ensure cost competitiveness and sustainability.
- Facilitate process mapping workshops and present value-added solutions to clients.

2. Customer Implementations
- Develop and manage implementation plans in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of IT systems and operational processes.
- Lead implementation phases from testing to go-live and ensure smooth operations post-launch.
- Establish KPI reporting tools to measure and improve service performance.

3. Process Improvements
- Use Kaizen methodology to execute improvement projects that enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational and strategic goals align with continuous process developments.
- Monitor and report project progress while managing change impacts effectively.

4. Leadership
- Lead and mentor the Solution Design (SD) team, ensuring effective project assignments and skill development.
- Monitor key business implementations and provide guidance to resolve challenges.
- Identify and nurture talent within the team.

What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Skills & Competencies:
Translate customer needs into transport processes.
Familiarity with Kaizen and project management methodologies like PRINCE2.
Analytical thinking with problem-solving capabilities.
Strong organizational and communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office and supply chain applications (e.g., WMS, TMS).
Willingness to travel as required.
