Gardener/Handyman

We are currently seeking a Gardener/Handyman to join our team in Melsele, Belgium. This position is responsible for gardening and handywork within the Benelux region.

Your Role:
• Keep outdoor areas clean, safe, and visually appealing.
• Maintain irrigation systems and garden tools.
• Maintain lawns, flowerbeds, shrubs, and trees (mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding).
• Perform minor repairs (carpentry, plumbing fixes, painting, tiling, drywall, fences, outdoor structures).
• Assemble and install fixtures, furniture, shelves, and fittings.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical issues (where permitted by law).
• Collaborate with the GA department to ensure timely fulfilling of issues and resolve any discrepancies.
• Conduct routine property inspections and preventative maintenance.


Who We’re Looking For:
• Technical training or equivalent through experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in chores and garden maintenance or relevant schooling.
• Working knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety practices.
• Good physical condition; able to lift, bend, and work outdoors in varied weather.
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Good knowledge of Dutch.
