We are seeking a dynamic individual to take on the pivotal role of an Import Teamleader at our location in Schiphol. As a crucial member of our team, you will be at the forefront of tracking and tracing import airfreight shipments with precision, guaranteeing timely arrivals and contributing to the overall success of our logistics operations.

Your Role:
• Monitoring air freight forwarding processes and regulations
• Supervising staff and daily operations
• Monitoring existing procedures, optimising operations and updating procedures
• Maintaining existing work instructions and creating new (customer-oriented) ones
• Intervening in escalations with the import/export manager
• Support and carry out operational activities
• Coordinate tasks to meet complex customer requirements in consultation with the import/export manager
• Use daily reports to optimise day-to-day operations
• Provide advice on technical and operational matters
• Conduct performance and appraisal interviews in collaboration with the import/export manager


Key Qualities We Value:
- MBO/HAVO
- Demonstrable experience as teamleader.
- Fluent in Dutch & English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

- Experience with GDP procedures is a strong bonus!
