We are looking for a hands-on and pragmatic Website Manager based in the based in the UK with a remote work setup who will take ownership of our global website and help shape its future. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of brand, digital, technology and business, driving both day-to-day performance and long-term improvement.
You will work closely with our Head of Brand, digital teams, IT and external agencies, acting as the key link between design, content and technical execution.

Your role
As a Website Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management, optimisation and continuous development of our global website, ensuring it supports both brand positioning and business objectives.
Your responsibilities include:
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the global website, ensuring accuracy, consistency and performance
• Developing and contributing to the long-term website roadmap aligned with the company’s digital strategy
• Leading and supporting the continuous improvement of the website’s functionality, UX and performance
• Collaborating with Digital Marketing, Brand and IT teams to align website goals with broader business objectives
• Acting as the primary point of contact for external website agencies, managing delivery, updates and enhancements
• Translating design concepts (e.g. from Figma) into functional and high-performing web experiences
• Coordinating with IT on performance, uptime, security and technical improvements
• Ensuring SEO best practices are applied across all content and updates
• Managing and prioritising website content updates (pages, copy, visuals, documents, news, etc.)
• Monitoring website performance through analytics and reporting, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements and GDPR
• Supporting and contributing to website redevelopment initiatives and future digital projects
You will play a key role in transforming our website towards a future-proof, high-performing digital platform.
What you bring
We are looking for a digital professional who combines hands-on website management experience with strong stakeholder and project management skills.
You have:
• A degree in Digital Marketing, Web Development, Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience managing large, multi-page corporate or global websites
• Strong experience working with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Sitecore, Drupal, Kentico or similar)
• A solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices
• Experience with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio) and translating data into insights and business recommendations
• Experience in website redevelopment projects and content migration
• Knowledge of UX principles, navigation and user behaviour optimisation
• Understanding of digital performance metrics (Core Web Vitals, speed, mobile optimisation, accessibility)
• Experience working with internal stakeholders and external agencies
• The ability to collaborate with both technical (IT) and non-technical teams
• Hands-on, pragmatic and solution-oriented
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and consistency
• A strong communicator who can manage stakeholders across regions and time zones
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders’ expectations
• Someone who takes ownership and continuously looks for improvements
• Comfortable working across teams, regions and cultures (flexibility to work around different time zones will be required)
