We are looking for an warehouse Operative to be based at our Tilbrook site (MK7 8BN). This a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of £31,164.21 ( depending on experience) and the working scheduled is predominantly is with a shift pattern of Monday to Friday 8:00 till 17:00 then one in five weeks 06:00 till 14:00.

Main duties and responsibilities will include:
-Rework orders to customer specifications when required.
-Goods out loading.
-Inbound duties include offloading vehicles and checking stock, ensuring all stock is booked in and put away correctly.
-Carry out all tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to, including PPE and attend all relevant safety briefings.
- Ensure all equipment checks are carried out in accordance with procedure, reporting all defects correctly.

Key Skills:

• Literate and numerate
• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage.
• MHE-experience is an advantage.
• Awareness of manual handling techniques is an advantage
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and Flexible
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
