Property Services Administrator

We are looking for a Property Services Administrator.
In this role, you will ensure the timely and efficient scheduling and planning of all PPM maintenance activities across the Sustainability Distribution Centre (SDC) site.
The role is site-based at SDC (NN7 2FR), working Monday to Friday, and offers a salary of £27,751.51 per annum.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the Facilities Job Logic Maintenance System
• Proactively plan and arrange PPM maintenance visits to suit customer and supplier availability.
• Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety procedures, including arranging timely High Risk sign-offs for PPM activities.
• Demonstrate flexibility by stepping in to handle additional work during busy periods.
• Proactively review and refine administrative processes to support greater efficiency and continuous improvement
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and contractors to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
Key requirements and skills
• Experience within a Facilities or planning Team is preferable.
• Experience in an administrative role.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrates strong organisational capability and effective time management
• Demonstrates flexibility and a positive approach to change.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Able to build rapport quickly and deliver outstanding customer service
• Brings strong enthusiasm, drive and motivation to the role.
