Warehouse Teamleader

Our Benelux organisation has offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Sweden, with around 1,500 dedicated employees.

What will you do:

- You will oversee all operational and administrative processes.
- You organise, coordinate and plan the work of our warehouse employees.
- You roll up your own sleeves in the warehouse, both inbound and outbound.
- You motivate, supervise and hold discussions with our warehouse team.
- You manage and supervise temporary workers.
- You ensure compliance with all safety and cleanliness requirements in the warehouse and act as an example to others.
- You contribute ideas, initiate projects and participate in challenging projects within our warehouse.

What we are looking for:

- You have experience in a managerial role within a warehouse.
- You have a good command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
- You are a real team player, service-oriented, proactive, flexible and accurate.
- You are willing to work shifts and do not have a 9-5 mentality.
