What You'll Do:
- Lead a team of Customer Service Employees, ensuring effective and efficient operations.
- Coordinate and optimize Customer Service processes, ensuring seamless service delivery to our valued customers.
- Maintain accurate financial administration, keeping a close eye on the numbers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Warehouse Department, to meet customer requirements and address special requests.
- Monitor and enhance performance metrics, generating insightful reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide proactive guidance and support to the Manager Customer Service on technical and operational matters.
- Foster a positive team culture, empowering your colleagues to excel and grow.
