About the Opening:
Architect, develop and support repeatable frameworks solutions (PowerApps and Power Automates). Overseeing solution delivery and mentoring the Automation team to enable enterprise-wide transformation through the Power Platform.
RESPONSIBILITY AREA KEY ACTIVITES
Solution Design
• Scope, design and deliver solutions using the Power Platform (including Canvas, Model Driven, Approvals Toolkit and Power Automate) to support the business needs across the EU Region – maintaining adherence with the established Best Practices and Governance approach.
Governance & Best Practices
• Help establish new and enforce existing Best Practices, Governance, ALM practices, and security models for Power Platform usage by both the Automation team and Citizen developers alike.
Innovation & Community Leadership
• Drive adoption of new Power Platform features and lead the internal Power Platform community promoting reuse, collaboration, and innovation.
Team Management & Capability Development
• Mentor developers and analysts on architectural best practices, technical design, and emerging platform capabilities.
• Develop architectural documentation, reusable components, and design patterns.
Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with the Automation Manager and senior stakeholders to assess automation opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on ROI and strategic alignment.
• Provide architectural oversight across multiple projects to ensure cohesive platform evolution.
QUALIFICATONS
REQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION
A level in Mathematics, English and Science subject or equivalent.
Relevant Microsoft Power Platform Certification.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years’ experience in the Microsoft Power Platform development- MS PowerApps (Canvas, Model Driven and Approvals Toolkit), MS Power Automate.
• Analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise scale apps.
• Experience developing new PowerApps model and canvas driven apps as well as enhancing existing apps.
• Knowledge of Flow licensing Automating business processes with Microsoft Flow.
• Experience leading technical teams.
• Experience with ALM and DevOps in the context of Power Platform.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Expert knowledge of Power Platform architecture, Dataverse, connectors and licensing, with a strong understanding of the benefits as well as limitations of the Power Platform.
• Strong business analysis and solution design skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Project and portfolio management awareness.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Team player capable of both leading and working within a team.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with a flexible and proactive approach
