HEAD OF QUALITY ASSURANCE, QSHS, CLUSTER EAST (Europe)

Role Overview

Head of Quality Assurance – Cluster East (Europe) is responsible to define and execute the Quality strategy across the Cluster (Poland, Czech, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia) ensuring measurable impact and real business value.
This role requires ownership, accountability, and the ability to turn ideas into action – not just propose them.
Owns end-to-end quality performance, driving standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement across all operations.


Key responsibilities:

• Quality Strategy & Transformation
- Define and execute the QA strategy for Cluster East, with clear business impact;
- Drive alignment to operate as one integrated organization;
- Establish common standards, governance, and KPIs;
- Identify gaps and drive their resolution;
- Translate strategy into clear priorities and roadmaps;
• Quality Assurance
- Manage QMS and external audits across the Cluster;
- Own internal audit program and CAPA follow-up;
- Develop and improve QMS tools and reporting;
- Ensure multi-site certifications and compliance;
- Continuous Improvement
- Drive standardization and eliminate silos across countries
- Lead improvement initiatives and adapt approach when needed

Requirements – Competencies

• Solid experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Management in a similar role;
• Strong understanding of logistics a knowledge of QMS, ISO standards, audits, and compliance requirements;
• Experience in managing certifications and ensuring readiness across multiple sitesnd operational processes, with focus on stability and consistency;
• Strong commitment to standards, processes, and continuous improvement (Kaizen mindset);
• Focus on risk prevention, stability of processes, and long-term performance;
• Ability to work effectively within a structured, multicultural environment;
• Integrity, respect, and a strong sense of responsibility towards the organization.
