CUSTOMS APPLICATIONS SPECIALIST
Location: Warsaw - Poland

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customs Applications Specialist (IT) to support and enhance the technology landscape behind our customs operations. In this role, you will manage and improve customs applications, system integrations, and data flows across platforms such as WMS, TMS, EDI/API solutions, and vendor systems.
Working closely with business and IT teams, you will provide application support, coordinate system changes, resolve incidents, and drive continuous improvements to ensure efficient, compliant, and reliable customs processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business IT or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with logistics, customs, freight forwarding, warehousing, transport management systems, or application support.
- Good understanding of system integrations, EDI/API processes, and end-to-end logistics data flows.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across applications and business processes.
- Experience working with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Knowledge of CargoWise One, customs ERP solutions, or integration platforms (e.g., Lobster, MuleSoft) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online is beneficial.
- Understanding of information security, compliance, and data protection principles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical IT solutions.
