About the Job:
We are currently hiring for a IT delivery manager who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the infrastructure operations. Their role involves managing the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of IT infrastructure systems and services to support the operational needs of the OpCo. This may include networks, servers, storage, databases, cloud services, and other related technologies. The IT delivery manager typically, will collaborates with other IT teams, stakeholders, and business leaders to ensure that infrastructure solutions align with business objectives and requirements. They also play a key role in managing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient and effective delivery of infrastructure services. The primary objectives and responsibility entails delivering qualitative infrastructure and hardware services to Yusen Benelux and Nordics staff. These IT services are provided through a hybrid delivery model, which includes an OpCo team of infrastructure engineers (L1/L2) and central RSSC IT teams (L3).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management
• Manages and coaches the team.
• Increases the knowledge of the team to realize team goals.
• Drives process and service improvement.
• Maintains and creates procedures in line with RSSC IT policies, acts as process owner for all matters within the responsibility area, in cooperation with the Regional IT Director
• Implements the Department(s) strategy plan(s) in line with the European IT Strategy and Business plan.
• Liaises with internal (RSSC IT)/external IT partners to deliver qualitative IT services and improve performance.
• Responsible for the OpCo IT Service Delivery part of the IT budget.


Operations:

• Supports and participates to resolve incidents – changes within agreed SLA with the team.
• Acts as first escalation point.
• Acts as Hardware-Infrastructure point of contact towards the business.
• Organizes OOH P1 standby support in collaboration with the Regional IT Director.
• Builds and maintains a resilient and flexible IT landscape with maximum uptime within approved budget.


Projects:
• Takes on the role of project manager for Opco IT projects.
• Supports and participates to deliver project milestones within agreed budget and timelines.


Administration:
• Manges the planning of the team.
• Approves holiday requests considering company guidelines and IT occupation.


QUALIFICATONS

REQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION: Bachelor or Master degree, preferably IT oriented or equivalent IT experience

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
• 2-5Y relevant experience in Team leader/managerial position.

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Analytical skills.
• Project management skills.
• Generalistic, professional knowledge of IT hardware, telecom and infrastructure.
• Good verbal and written proficiency in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
• People management skills.
