Yusen Logistics Benelux has branches in The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Sweden. We have about 1000 colleagues working on these locations. For our brand new location in Hulst, we are looking for a new colleague to join our Contract Logistics Customer Service team.

What’s the job about:

The Customer Service Employee is Yusen’s primary contact for customers. As a Customer Service Employee you are responsible for all communication between the various departments within Yusen Logistics and its customers. You put orders in the system, you confer with your colleagues in the warehouse to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments and you investigate damaged shipments for your customers.

You will be working with customers on a daily basis with the aim of developing an excellent working relationship. You will perform analysis of repetitive operational problems and work with your colleagues on the development of possible service solutions.

• Ability to efficiently solve problems
• Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks
• Proficient in Dutch and English. Which allows you to communicate professionally with customers
