Role Overview
As Customs Applications Specialist, you support and improve customs related applications and integrations across Europe. You analyse cross system issues, coordinate vendors, support projects and help ensure stable, compliant and efficient customs processes. This role is ideal for someone with hands on experience in logistics or customs systems who enjoys solving complex problems and improving end to end data flows.


Key Responsibilities
• Analyse and troubleshoot customs application and integration issues (L2/L3).
• Coordinate vendors, releases, upgrades and incident escalation.
• Support projects from design to go live, including testing and documentation.
• Maintain clear ownership, inventory and roadmaps for customs related platforms.
• Work with Integration/EDI teams on API/EDI, file exchange, mapping and monitoring.
• Identify improvement opportunities to reduce manual work and strengthen compliance.
• Ensure customs systems meet auditability, security and data protection requirements.


What You Will Bring To The Role
• Experience with logistics applications, customs systems or integration support.
• Understanding of customs, forwarding, WMS/TMS and logistics data flows.
• Knowledge of EDI/API concepts, mapping, transformation and interface monitoring.
• Strong analytical and cross system troubleshooting skills.
• Power user skills in Microsoft Power Platform (Flows) and SharePoint Online.
• Calm, structured and clear communicator in critical situations.
• Degree in IT, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent hands on experience.
