About Green Solutions
Green Solutions is Yusen's sustainability and decarbonisation programme, supporting customers through low-carbon transport solutions such as SAF, HVO, RECs and carbon insetting, while helping them navigate sustainability requirements including CSRD, CBAM and other emerging regulations. Our mission is to help customers reduce supply chain emissions and accelerate their sustainability ambitions.

Role Overview
We are offering an internship opportunity for a proactive and innovative individual to join Yusen's Corporate Sustainability team and support the continuous development of Green Solutions.
In this role, you will contribute to innovation initiatives, pilot projects, process improvements and knowledge management activities. You will help develop practical tools, resources and business cases that improve how Green Solutions are delivered across the organisation. This internship provides exposure to innovation, project development, sustainability solutions and digital transformation within a global logistics organisation.

Key Responsibilities
• Innovation & Business Model Development
Research new business models, market offerings and future Green Solutions opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
• Pilot Projects Support
Assist in the development and coordination of pilot initiatives related to sustainability solutions, digital tools and process improvements.
• Business Case Development
Support the creation of business cases, proposals and assessments for new Green Solutions initiatives.
• AI & Digital Tools Exploration
Identify and test AI applications and digital tools that can enhance team efficiency, knowledge sharing and sustainability services.
• Process Improvement & Knowledge Management
Develop playbooks, guidance materials and knowledge repositories while identifying opportunities to improve internal processes.

What You Will Bring To The Role
• Currently enrolled in an MBA or Master's programme in Sustainability, Business Administration, Innovation Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Passionate about innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement.
• Curious about AI tools, digital solutions and emerging business opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Able to turn ideas into practical recommendations and solutions.
• Comfortable working independently and contributing to project-based initiatives.
• Confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English.
