Your Role
As Automation Engineer, you will design, build and improve automation solutions that help our teams work smarter and more efficiently.
Working primarily with Microsoft Power Platform, you will translate business requirements into practical and scalable solutions. You will collaborate with colleagues across IT and the wider business to understand challenges, identify opportunities for automation and develop applications that create real business value.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in Power Platform who is ready to further develop their technical expertise in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, build and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
• Develop and optimise Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
• Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
• Test, document and continuously improve existing applications and automations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT colleagues across Europe
• Follow development standards and contribute to secure, reliable and scalable solutions
• Support the ongoing development and adoption of automation technologies across the organisation

Who You Are
• Around 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Solid experience developing Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of automation and application development principles
• Able to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
• Hands-on, curious and eager to further develop your technical knowledge
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with different teams and stakeholders
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment
