We are currently  recruiting a stock Control supervisor based at our Derby Site (DE65 6BG) the working pattern for this role Monday to Friday 08:00 -16:30

Internally this role is called Inventory Supervisor.

This is a full- time permanent position offering a salary of £30,366.39 (depending on experience)

As an Stock Control Supervisor you will oversee the effective running of the warehouse operation, including supporting  Customer Inventory Administrator  stock integrity within the contract, ensuring all stocks are accounted for and KPIs are met..

Key Tasks:
Establish and maintain good customer relationships both internal and external, acting as the key customer contact for queries.  
Attend regular inventory meetings to review performance and issues, providing accurate data in accordance with customer expectations. 
Continuously look to improve processes and procedures to drive efficiency and improvement in business operation and customer service.   
Ensure all company procedures are adhered to including ER procedures, such as absence and performance management, standards of behaviour, disciplinary, PDR, etc, supporting with investigations and disciplinary hearings as necessary ·     
Ensure all team members receive appropriate training and development, mentoring and support, as necessary.    
Expected levels of performance achieved in the team.   
All employees' PDRs completed on time.  
Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to, including PPE, taking appropriate action where procedures are not being adhered to or could be improved.    

Key requirements
Previous inventory/stock control experience 
Previous Experience in Inventory  Management/control 
Knowledge / operational experience of WMS Scale (Desirable) 
Awareness of KAIZEN principles 
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy levels 
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office  
Strong analytical skills  
Ability to effectively deal with and resolve problems
