As our Inside Sales Employee, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and set up new relationships with clients. You'll leverage your dynamic sales skills and industry expertise to:

• Customer prospecting: You'll play an important role in identifying and seizing new business opportunities within the air freight forwarding sector.
• Relationship Building: We're not just in the logistics business; we're in the people business. You'll build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and tailoring solutions that exceed expectations.
• Quotation Creation: Develop compelling offers that showcase our services and solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure each proposal is tailored to the client's specific needs.
• Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential leads and opportunities through various channels. Convert these leads into loyal clients by showcasing the value we bring.

Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you'll need:
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present solutions effectively.

• Strong skills to accomplish meaningful client relationships.

• Ability to talk and write proper English (Dutch language skills are a plus).
