We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse Administrator to support the effective running of the warehouse operation, including inbound and outbound across the site. The role is based at our Northampton SDC site (NN7 2FR) and will be working 40 hours per week, 9am – 5pm on a 5 out of 7 shift pattern.
The role will offer the salary of £28,537.32 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
• Complete customer bookings and carry out all contract administration tasks in a timely and accurate manner, complying with all Yusen / Customer procedures and timescales
• Assist with stock takes and assure accurate recording of results
• Assist / prepare timely and accurate reports for management and customers as required
• Establish and maintain good customer relationships and ensure that all queries are dealt with in an efficient manner
• Continuously look to improve processes and procedures to drive efficiency and improvement in business operation and customer service
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to, including PPE, and attend all relevant safety briefings and campaigns
• Carry out all other duties assigned to meet the business needs as required
Key Experience
• Demonstrable general administration experience working within a busy environment
• Previous experience working within a logistics environment is particularly desirable for this role
• Knowledge / operational experience of warehouse management systems and Excel is advantageous, as well as inventory / stock control experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines
