FREIGHT FORWARDER - LAND TRANSPORT SPECIALIST

Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Land Freight Forwarding Specialist who will be responsible for the endto-end organization and coordination of domestic and international road transport operations,
ensuring the timely execution of shipments, efficient information flow, and the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and coordinate domestic and international road transportation operations.
• Plan transport routes and ensure the timely execution of transport orders.
• Monitor transport activities and maintain ongoing communication with drivers, carriers, and customers.
• Coordinate cargo loading and delivery schedules.
• Prepare, verify, and manage transport documentation.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and build long-term business relationships.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues related to transport execution.
• Handle invoicing and settlement of transport orders.

What You Will Bring To The Role:
• Experience in organizing international transportation, particularly Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments.
• Very good command of English, with the ability to effectively support and communicate with international customers.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong ability to organize own work and make decisions under time pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers.
• High level of commitment, motivation, and willingness to develop within the transport, forwarding, and logistics (TSL) industry.
