Role Overview
At the heart of our Air Freight business in Spain, the Air Freight Pricing & Solutions Coordinator turns customer and network requirements into competitive and profitable transportation solutions. Working closely with Sales, Air Freight Operations and our airline partners, the role delivers accurate and timely quotations, optimizes proposed solutions, and actively contributes to converting new business opportunities into successful operations.


Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and manage competitive and profitable air freight quotations for customers and the Network.
• Support Sales teams by developing pricing strategies and tailored transportation solutions.
• Monitor market trends, airline rates and pricing opportunities to maintain commercial competitiveness.
• Negotiate and maintain competitive rates with airlines and approved suppliers.
• Manage RFQs, tenders and customer pricing requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations to develop solutions for new business opportunities and assess their operational feasibility.
• Support customer reviews and commercial presentations by providing relevant pricing and solution expertise.
• Coordinate the onboarding and implementation of new business, ensuring an effective handover between Sales and Operations.
• Maintain pricing data, reports and performance dashboards, monitor KPIs and identify continuous improvement opportunities.


What You Will Bring to the Role
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• A strong understanding of the Air Freight industry, including airline pricing, quotation management, tenders, Incoterms and international transport regulations.
• A commercial mindset and strong customer focus, with the ability to turn customer needs into competitive and profitable solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with confidence working with data to support pricing decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Operations and external partners.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English; French or Italian language will be considered a plus.
• A proactive, well-organized and results-driven mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Experience with Freight Forwarding/TMS systems such as CargoWise is an advantage.


What We Offer
• Location : Barcelona
• Up to 2 days/week remote work

Compensation: the salary range for this position is between 34K€ and 37K€ gross annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
