Role Overview
Are you passionate about warehouse operations, technology and digitalisation? Do you enjoy solving problems, improving systems and making a real impact on daily operations?
We are looking for a WMS Specialist to join our IT team in Kolín, Czech Republic.

In this role, you will support and continuously improve our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ensuring reliable system performance and efficient warehouse operations. Working closely with business stakeholders and IT colleagues, you will troubleshoot incidents, translate business requirements into system solutions and contribute to WMS enhancements.

This is an opportunity to further develop your technical expertise and contribute to the digitalisation of our warehouse operations within an international logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities
• WMS Support: Investigate and resolve WMS-related incidents to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• System Configuration: Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions, configure WMS applications and support system enhancements in line with European guidelines.
• Testing & Implementation: Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing for new functionalities and configuration changes.
• Reporting & Data: Create reports based on WMS data to support operational and business needs.
• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, business requirements and knowledge-base materials.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing: Support and train business users and IT colleagues while continuously developing your knowledge of warehouse processes and systems.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimise WMS processes and support innovation and digitalisation.
• Operational Support: Participate in a rotating on-call support schedule outside regular working hours.

What You Will Bring to the Role
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Practical experience with Warehouse Management Systems and good knowledge of warehouse processes.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, EDI and system interfaces.
• Experience with reporting tools, preferably SSRS, is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, service-oriented approach.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and operational stakeholders.
• Good command of Czech and English, both written and spoken.
• An independent, flexible and proactive mindset, with a genuine interest in technology, innovation and warehouse digitalisation.
