To support this, we are looking for a Core TMS Specialist – Cross-dock & F-LM to strengthen our Transport Management System capabilities across Europe.

Your Role
As Core TMS Specialist, you play a key role in configuring, supporting and continuously improving our Transport Management Systems across the European Cross-dock and First-
Last Mile network. You translate business requirements into functional system solutions, ensure smooth implementations and provide expert support to operational teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical TMS configurations aligned with European standards
• Configure and optimise Transport Management Systems in line with operational needs
• Collaborate with vendors and development teams to support enhancements and system improvements
• Execute functional testing and support users during UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Build simple reports and dashboards using SQL, Crystal Reports or Power BI
• Support system integrations via EDI tools (Lobster) and APIs with customers and partners
• Provide second-line TMS support for Cross-dock & F-LM operations, resolving incidents and service requests
• Train ServiceDesk (L1) teams and support knowledge transfer across IT and operations
• Document requirements, configurations and technical solutions in a structured knowledge base
• Support evaluation of new TMS releases and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Europe

Who You Are
Qualifications & Experience
• Medium/secondary education (University degree not required)
• 2–5+ years of experience in Transport Management Systems or logistics IT support
• Experience with TMS platforms (e.g. Mixmove, Carlo by Soloplan, Manhattan, OTM, CargoWise, Transporeon, e2Open, BY TMS)
• Familiarity with service management tools such as ServiceNow
• Understanding of transport, freight forwarding or logistics processes
