Role Overview:
As H&S Manager, you will coordinate the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, and Environment standards across our operations in the Czech Republic.
This role goes beyond a standard safety specialist position: you will act as the main HSE partner for local management, supporting compliance, incident prevention, operational discipline, and safety culture development.

Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and develop the incident management process, including reporting, investigation, corrective actions, and follow-up
•Coordinate occupational health and safety activities in line with local legal requirements and company standards
•Prevent recurrence of incidents and promote a strong safety culture
•Work closely with site leadership to embed safe working practices into daily operations and performance routines
•Share best practices within the East Cluster (CZ, PL, SK, HU, RO)
•Implement and continuously improve HSE processes and standards
•Maintain an active presence in operations (“Gemba” approach) - focusing attention on warehouse employees

Required skills & qualifications:
• Valid Czech OZO v prevenci rizik certification
• Relevant experience in occupational health and safety, preferably in logistics, warehousing, automotive, production, or another operational environment
• Good understanding of Czech occupational health and safety legislation and the ability to apply it in practice
• Structured and systematic approach to identifying risks, solving problems, and following up actions
• Hands-on attitude and willingness to spend time in operations, close to people and processes
• Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to drive topics independently and deliver results
• Clear communication and presentation skills, with confidence to engage stakeholders at different levels
• Analytical and organizational skills to turn data, observations, and incidents into practical improvements
• English communication skills for cooperation within the East Cluster and regional HSE community
