We are looking for a Warehouse Operative (nights) to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, working Sunday-Thursday 22:00-06:00 (40 hrs p/w).

The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will support the day-to-day running of our brand-new Northampton warehouse located near junction 15 of the M1.
Working as part of this brand-new operation, you will support a variety of warehouse activities to meet the changing needs of the business. As the operation develops, your day-to-day tasks may change, requiring a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
You will also:
- Load and unload goods using manual handling equipment
- Undertake training for any equipment or IT systems
- Use our warehouse management system to manage your workload
- Follow H&S guidelines to support a safe working environment
- Complete relevant paperwork and goods checks
- Share any ideas or concerns to help improve processes
About You
We welcome applications from people with a range of backgrounds and experiences. To help you succeed as a Warehouse Operative, you will ideally have:
- Experience in a warehouse or similar environment
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- An understanding of safe manual handling practices
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- A willingness to learn and adapt
- A current FLT, counterbalance, reach truck or pallet stacker licence (or a willingness to obtain one)
