We are currently looking to recruit 1 x LGV Class 2 Driver to join us on a permanent, full-time basis at our Avonmouth, Bristol depot. These positions are available with an immediate start.

The Role

As an LGV Class 2 Driver, you will safely and efficiently deliver palletised and freestanding products to retailers within a 100-mile radius.

Handling both white and brown goods, you will deliver products to customer stores and regional distribution centres, ensuring SLAs are met and customers are satisfied.

Ensuring the designated routes are adhered to, you’ll undertake route checks for safety restrictions, planned road works and traffic to ensure your journey will be smooth and efficient.

Please note, this role will involve some manual handling including loading and unloading goods where necessary.

About You

To be considered as an LGV Class 2 Driver, you will need:

- A full, valid Class 2 licence
- No more than 6 points on your licence
- A good working knowledge of working time regulations
- A CPC driver qualification
- A current Digital Tachograph Card
- A flexible attitude to working hours
- To be able to work collaboratively within a team environment

At least 12 months’ LGV C driving experience would be beneficial to your application, however, new and inexperienced drivers are welcome to apply as we will train and develop you.

The normal working shifts for these roles are five days out of seven. Start times range from 5am to 7am.

Other organisations may call this role Multi-Drop Driver, Delivery Driver, Multi-Drop Delivery Driver, Truck Driver, Lorry Driver, Class 2 Driver, Goods Vehicle Driver, or Collections and Delivery Driver.
