We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator in our Grange Park (NN4 5FB) or Oakwood site (NG15 0DR).
The position holder will provide an excellent recruitment service to the hiring managers, running end-to-end recruitment process for the white collar and blue collar roles across Yusen Logistics UK sites. The position holder will also be involved in other recruitment initiatives, including career events, engagement of underrepresented groups and creating online content.
The position will offer a salary of £26K, car allowance of £4K and an opportunity to work remotely up to 2-4 days per week (regular travel to various UK sites will be required).

Key responsibilities:
1. Recruitment processmanagement
a. End-to-end recruitment process for white- and blue-collar positions, including recruitment campaign meetings with the managers, advertising roles, liaising with recruitment agencies, managing the interview and offer process.
2. Job advertising
a. Advertising the vacancies on Yusen platforms (Webrecruit, Sharepoint, Job of the Week and Benefits Portal).
b. Advertising the vacancies on external portals (TRS, MKJobs and LinkedIn).
3. Interviews
a. Attending and scheduling interviews (Ms Teams and face-to-face).
b. Building collaboration with the hiring managers.
c. Responding to the candidates’ queries.
d. Solving any interview scheduling issues.
4. Pre-offer Documentation
a. Conducting Right to Work in the UK checks prior to issuing any offer.
b. Collating application documentation for the CAA sites.
c. Responding to the hiring managers’ queries related to offer preparation.
5. Project Support and Reporting
a. Administration support for the ongoing projects.
Key requirements:
• Experience in managing recruitment process in a fast pace organisation (experience in recruiting drivers or warehouse operatives will be a bonus)
• Experience in using Applicant Tracking System
• Flexible and proactive approach
• Good stakeholder influencing skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage workload
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Drive, energy, ambition and determination
• Computer literate on Microsoft programs
• Driving licence
