We are looking for a Project Support Manager to join our committed Project Management team on a full-time, permanent basis at our Northampton Grange Park site.

The Role
As a Project Support Manager, you will be crucial in assisting our PMO with the successful planning, execution and monitoring of projects within a larger programme.
Providing comprehensive administrative and operational support, you will ensure that our project plans align clearly with our defined organisational objectives.
You will ensure that our projects are correctly scoped and delivered to cost, quality and time standards, as well as maintaining project documentation and conducting risk assessments.
Additionally, you will:
- Support the project team with change management.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings.
- Identify required skills and support their attainment.
- Establish effective, communicative working relationships.
About You
To be considered as a Project Support Manager, you will need:
- Proven experience in a Project Management / PMO environment.
- Experience of working across different functions with proven experience of supporting large scale projects as well as smaller projects and multiple projects at a time. Experience
with supporting larger scale projects is essential.
- The ability to challenge business practices and develop new approaches with stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Great influencing and collaboration skills.
- Proven customer facing experience with internal and/or external stakeholders is essential.
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all managerial levels.
- Good with Microsoft packages (including Excel & PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational skills.
- Proven experience of effective documentation management & retention.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, ensuring strong, effective & relevant communication with all relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
