We are now looking for a Transport Contract Supervisor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As a Transport Contract Supervisor, you will offer operational support to our customers and internal teams regarding transport contracts.
You will act as a key link between customers, Transport Planning and Warehouse operations, while supporting the Contract Manager in managing day-to-day operational tasks.
Ensuring smooth communication between key stakeholders, you will manage KPI performance, ensure contractual administration and invoicing protocols are accurate and provide operational support to Transport, Warehouse and other departments to drive continuous improvement.
Additionally, you will:
- Support initiatives aimed at achieving financial targets
- Assist in identifying and implementing improvements across the operation
About You
To be considered as a Transport Contract Supervisor, you will need:
- Customer facing experience
- A solid background in transport planning
- A strong logistics background
- Knowledge of Working Time Regulations (WTR) and Drivers’ hours
- Strong administration and communication skills
Please note, you will need to be flexible to work Saturdays if required and be able to travel to other Yusen and customer sites if necessary.
