To support this, we are looking for a Head of Customs House Brokerage BPM for Cluster East, who will strengthen product development, operational excellence and process standardization.

Your Role
As Head of CHB BPM Cluster East, you lead the development, implementation, and optimisation of CHB products and operational processes across four countries.
You act as the strategic link between GHQ, RHQ and local operations, ensuring that global frameworks and regional priorities are effectively translated into local execution.
Your focus is on operational efficiency, service quality, compliance, digitisation and continuous improvement to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management
• Oversee the CHB product portfolio across PL, CZ, HU and RO, including company-developed digital platforms.
• Ensure product competitiveness by aligning with local market needs and customer expectations.
• Translate GHQ product standards into applicable cluster-level execution.
• Monitor performance through KPIs/dashboards and drive corrective or improvement actions.
• Analyse market and competitor trends to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
• Collaborate with GHQ and RHQ to implement global frameworks and share cluster best practices.
• Partner with Quality and IT RSSC teams to embed compliance, consistency and digital innovation.

Process Management
• Standardise and optimise CHB processes across the four cluster countries.
• Localise GHQ global process frameworks into practical, efficient workflows.
• Drive productivity improvements through automation, BPO optimisation and data-quality initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and GHQ/RHQ policies.
• Conduct regular process reviews and mitigate operational risks.
• Lead or support change management initiatives, ensuring training, communication and adoption.
• Work closely with DIO/IT on digital process deployment, UAT and system rollouts.

Who You Are
Qualifications & Experience
• Solid understanding of CHB products, operations and digital tools.
• Proven background in process design, optimisation and change management.
• Strong analytical mindset; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communicator who navigates stakeholders across regions with ease.
• Fluent in English.
• Confident leading cluster-wide initiatives in a dynamic, complex environment.
