The Role
We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm (with some weekend working where required).
Based at our Northampton site (NN7 2QA, near junction 15 of the M1), you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse.
In this role, you will:
Support warehouse operations with a variety of tasks
Load and unload goods carefully and safely
Use manual handling equipment (MHE) and warehouse systems (training provided where needed)
Complete relevant paperwork and checks
Follow health and safety guidelines to help maintain a safe working environment
Share any ideas or concerns with your team to help improve processes

About You
We welcome applications from people with a range of backgrounds and experiences. To help you succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
Experience in a warehouse or similar environment
A current FLT, counterbalance, reach truck or pallet stacker licence (or a willingness to obtain one)
Basic literacy and numeracy skills
An understanding of safe manual handling practices
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Good attention to detail
A willingness to learn and adapt
