We are looking for an HR Management Trainee to be based in Oakwood or Grange Park, Northampton
The position will offer a salary of £27,500 and an opportunity to work remotely up to 4 days per week. This post will be required to start in January 2023 and will be CIPD qualified to level 5 by the end of the apprentice programme
The position holder will undertake a 2-year placement across different areas in the HR Department to build a full understanding of HR OPS in Yusen Logistics UK:
• HR Admin – 3 months
• HR Business Support – 6 months
• Rewards & Payroll – 3 months
• Recruitment – 3 months
• L&D – 3 months
• HR Projects – 6 months
The HR Management Trainee will also support any Continuous Improvement activities across our UK sites to drive efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
Key requirements:
• A degree or equivalent required
• Experience in the HR department achieved via summer placement would be a bonus
• Flexible and proactive approach
• Good stakeholder influencing skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage workload
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Drive, energy, ambition and determination
• Computer literate on Microsoft programs
• Driving licence (some travel to the key sites will be required)
