We are looking for an Apprentice Reward Administrator to be based at our site in Annesley (NG15 0DR), you will be working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm, remotely up to 3 days per week (Subject to Business requirements).
As an Apprentice Reward Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Reward Manager and play a key role in making our reward processes operate as efficiently and effectively as possible.
The role will offer a starting salary of £17000 per annum.

Main responsibilities
• Fulfilment of routine reward and benefits queries raised by colleagues through our dedicated Reward Inbox
• Monthly benefits administration and reporting. This will involve the preparation and upload of data, liaison with external providers, invoice reconciliation, etc.
• Liaising with benefits providers on a day-to-day basis
• Liaising with the Payroll team to ensure salary, pensions and benefits-related administration is progressed accurately and in a timely way to meet monthly deadlines.
• Periodically, producing bulk mailings/communications relating to Reward & Benefits and other ad-hoc letter distribution.
• Promoting colleague and manager self-service using the various HR, Reward & Benefits systems and Apps available.
• Supporting the Reward Manager with keeping systems, including Intranet and Employee Apps up to date.
• Processing invoices for suppliers and external agencies
• First point of contact for administration of RecogniseYu, our Peer to Peer recognition scheme.
• Supporting the Reward Manager with benchmarking of salaries and benefits
• Supporting with Market Research in relation to Benefits & Rewards
• Supporting the ongoing communication of benefits across the organisation to raise awareness and increase usage.
• Gaining understanding and knowledge of Payroll administration processes to support when required
• Continuously look to improve administration processes and procedures to drive efficiency and improvement in the Reward & Benefits Admin function.
• Be prepared to support and cope with work demands where needed, including ad hoc duties when required.
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times, raising any non-compliances or concerns at the earliest opportunity.
Key Skills:
• A levels (or equivalent) ideally with Maths or numerical focussed subject
• Some work experience desirable.
• IT skills - Aptitude for working with different IT systems
• IT application skills - Intermediate Excel skills and a desire to further develop your knowledge of Microsoft Applications including Power BI
• Time management skills- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks effectively
• Time Management skills - Demonstrable ability to meet strict deadlines
• Numeracy skills - Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
• Communication skills - Excellent communication skills on Email or Verbally through Teams or telephone
