We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. The role will be based at our site in Grange Park (NN4 5FB), with the opportunity to work from home, up to 4 days per week and will offer a salary of up to £40,000 per annum (DOE) plus £5000 car allowance.
Your role will entail marketing support, being the point of contact when required, collaboration and coordination. You will work closely with our Marketing Manager in delivering the ongoing marketing strategy across operating divisions and a variety of vertical markets.
We are looking for someone with an understanding of ESG and proven experience in a customer-focused, operational, multi-site business; with a strong track record of creating and being able to manage multiple Market Campaigns from scratch- you must be assertive with exceptional relationship and networking skills.

Main Responsibilities:
• Successfully establish stakeholder relationships to become a trusted marcoms advisor, providing feedback and advice on planned communications content, format, branding and delivery method.
• Provide feedback and guidance on comms campaigns considering brand guidelines, tone of voice, values, subject, audience, comms channels, CSR, ESG, and priority.
• Deliver the UK marcoms strategy and calendar which incorporates the six core industries: automotive, healthcare, retail, aerospace, food, technology, based on a combination of industry best practices and creative thinking in line with the Yusen Logistics global strategy.
• Ensure all planned marcoms campaigns and projects are successfully communicated to all colleagues and stakeholders to develop and build employee brand ambassadors.
• Manage and deliver the marcoms calendar with regular liaison with functions such as HR, Internal Comms, Procurement, Operations etc to align external and internal comms, considering brand guidelines, tone of voice, values, subject, audience, comms channels, CSR, ESG, and priority.
• Design and execute highly creative engaging marcoms campaigns and multi-channel content considering brand guidelines, tone of voice, values, subject, audience, CSR, ESG.
• Provide measurement of Return on Investment (ROI,) track, evaluate and analyse performance, making recommendations for adjustments and drive changes where appropriate.
• Review competitor research and monitor competitor activity in press and online mediums and produce regular updates for the Business Development team.
• Keep abreast of industry innovations, best practice, growing trends, sector news and competitor activity, to inform all marketing activity and content.
Key Requirements:
• Experience creating and delivering comprehensive marketing campaigns.
• Experience working with the Abode Creative suite
• Experience of using online tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot
• An ability to think outside the box and have an eye for detail
• Excellent communication both written and verbal; strong attention to detail and ability to proof read marketing communications/materials for accuracy and thoroughness
• Creative flair with a passion for content creation
• Able to effectively and positively communicate with people across the business and externally, ensuring Marketing is always represented positively and professionally
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques across various channels.
• An in depth and up to date knowledge and understanding of best-practice marcoms tools and techniques
• Excellent copywriting and administrative skills
• Inherent drive to succeed, and proven ability to develop and execute solutions to short term barriers and setbacks
