It is accountable for aligning and executing regional activities in line with global and regional account strategies, ensuring strategic stakeholder alignment, service excellence, and sustained business growth. Where applicable, the role holds executive ownership of assigned regional and strategic accounts, driving their long-term strategy, commercial performance, and value creation.
Through strong cross-functional leadership and influence, the role advances customer-centric logistics and business solutions, strengthens competitive positioning, and delivers sustainable revenue growth aligned with corporate objectives.

• Guide and support Operating Company (OpCo) sales teams throughout the onboarding and development of new business.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders across regions to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Establish strong working relationships with relevant support functions (e.g., CP/BP) to ensure alignment on key account matters.
• Escalate service failures and operational issues to the Business Unit (BU) and monitor PDCA cycles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams to enhance customer value and strengthen overall competitive advantage.
Knowledge & Qualifications
Education
• University degree, preferably in Logistics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience

• Experience in planning and product development (approximately 3+ years) is considered an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of the aerospace industry, including familiarity with aerospace-specific quality and compliance requirements.
• Logical and analytical thinking with the ability to anticipate and propose future logistics optimizations based on IV-specific characteristics and customer supply chain insights.
• Proven ability to develop hypotheses, evaluate multiple scenarios, and implement effective solutions through hands-on execution.
• Advanced communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, with a strong willingness to collaborate across functions and regions.
• Proficiency in financial and pricing analysis.
• Ability to develop holistic solutions and translate them into viable business outcomes, supported by excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
