We are looking for a Data and Process Analyst in our Grange Park site (working remotely up to 4 days per week)
The position holder will provide support to the Central Operations team by analysis of operational statistics, productivity, KPI measures and financial performance to help identify and monitor continual improvement and new implementation projects. They will also provide operational support during periods of holiday, absence and peak periods.

Key responsibilities
1. Operational Support
• Support development of high performing sites/operations through operational analysis and proposals for process and system improvements to local or central management teams
• Provide operational support for Operational Support Managers
• Support and own operational projects managing data flows and internal communication and externally with the customer
2. Financial/Commercial Analysis
• Support through financial analysis throughout business as required
• Contribute to annual budget compilation and review process.
3. Reporting and Customer liaison
• Create various business documents as required to support central and local management teams
• Contribute to business and project review meetings.
• Contribute to customer operational review meetings.
4. Continuous Improvement
• Champion KAIZEN activities to identify and implement 5s principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identification, monitoring and reporting of cost saving initiatives and improvements.
• Control of operational IT process improvements, raising, tracking and ensuring completion of IT RFWs.
• Contribute to customer IT review meetings and liaison with the customer and IT representatives on all IT issues.
5. Compliance
• Support team and sites/operations to deliver all legislative and process requirements including Health and Safety and audit programmes
Key requirements:
• Experience from operational, commercial or financial analysis from a relevant industry (ideally logistics, warehousing or retail)
• Ability to utilise data from various sources/systems, identify trends and provide insights to stakeholders
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to present the insights to a wide range of stakeholders
• Awareness of KAIZEN principles
• Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
• Demonstrable financial awareness
• PC literate with advanced knowledge of Excel
• Flexible and proactive approach
