About the Job
Movianto is part of the global Yusen Logistics Healthcare network, delivering specialised healthcare logistics solutions across Europe. We combine warehousing, transportation, last-mile delivery, and digital tools to ensure the safe and timely delivery of medicines and healthcare products to patients.
Operating in eleven European countries: Belgium, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, and the Czech Republic, Movianto relies on its own infrastructure and dedicated teams to support pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and diagnostic supply chains.
With more than 3,700 professionals across 23 logistics centers and over 600,000 pallet spaces, we provide temperature-controlled warehousing and transport solutions that meet the highest industry standards, including ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
At Movianto, our people make the difference – combining expertise, care, and precision to ensure medicines reach patients safely and on time.
Are you passionate about translating business needs into effective system solutions? Do you thrive at the intersection of processes, people, and technology?
If so, you might be the Business Analyst we are looking for at Movianto Nordic!
Within our Business Support team, you will play a central role in developing, supporting, and optimising our SaaS ERP solution. You will work closely with super users, internal stakeholders, and external system vendors to ensure that our systems support efficient processes and high quality across the company.
This position is for those who are motivated by understanding the interplay between systems and processes, enjoy problem-solving, and wish to make a real difference in Movianto Nordic's future way of working.
We are one year into a comprehensive IT transition, and there is still plenty to tackle.
Your tasks
• Support and administer the company's SaaS ERP solution
• Drive day-to-day configuration and optimization of system solutions
• Train and support super users as second-level support
• Act as the primary contact for system vendors regarding development and issue/error handling
• Advise internal teams on system and process-related topics
• Contribute data for controlling, analysis, and reporting tasks
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and standardization
• Participate in projects, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration
Who are you?
You are analytical, organized, and detail oriented. You work independently and enjoy collaborating with others to create the best practical solutions. You have a strong understanding of systems and business processes and are motivated by ongoing improvements.
Your background can vary; supply chain, IT architecture, or process consultancy. Most importantly, you understand how to connect systems and processes.
We imagine that you
• Have experience with SaaS ERP systems; preferably Tracezilla
• Have a solid understanding of process optimization and system-driven workflows
• Possess strong analytical skills and good problem-solving abilities
• Have the ability to communicate effectively with both users and technical partners
• Contribute as a good ambassador for the Business Support team and support strong collaboration across the organisation
• Speak and write Danish and English fluently
• Have a proactive mindset and a keen eye for improvement opportunities
We offer
• At Movianto Nordic, you will become part of a dedicated team in an informal and relaxed environment with a flat organisational structure and short decision-making processes.
• You will be part of a setting where your professional and personal development, as well as well-being, are highly prioritised.
• In addition, you will participate in the company lunch scheme, offered flexible working conditions, and other staff benefits.
• Our staff association contributes to a strong sense of community through social activities throughout the year – e.g. Christmas party and go-kart to bowling evenings.
• Furthermore, you have the opportunity to work from home as needed, as we value flexibility and trust in everyday life.
Have we triggered your interest?
We’d love to hear more about you! Please submit your CV and cover letter in English via the application link, ASAP and no later than 01/07/2026.
