About the Job:
We are currently in the process of hiring a Head of Automotive Industry vertical. Successful candidate will be responsible for planning strategies for sales and business promotion related to the global Automotive, Motorcycle, Construction and Agricultural machinery together with IV team head, and formulating execution plans and promoting them as team member of Industry Vertical (IV). This individual is responsible for driving growth, profitability, and innovation within the automotive sector, while also managing relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promotion of Global IV Development: Gather and analyze insights and best practices from major global industries for logistics. Translate these insights into sales collateral. Define, supervise, and lead the execution of the global IV strategy according to the plan.

• Collaboration with IV Development Team Members (OpCo): Collaborating with the IV team head, as a principal in leading IV sales members in the region and OpCo, observe fixed points of activities and provide necessary support, advice, and cooperation.

• IV Know-How/Knowledge, cooperation with BU: Develop IV specific customer value proposition and commercial model, Collaborate with BUs to develop new global IV-specific products.

• IV and Market Analysis, Approach Leading Companies: Lead the analysis and sales development efforts targeting top companies in major industries to establish relationships with key customers. Additionally, utilize materials to provide fundamental information and logistics insights about IV, facilitating understanding and approach methods for OpCo and the region.

• Contribute to Achieving the Annual Development Plan: Implement the annual "development plan" (IVDP) outlined by each IV team. Carry out activities in alignment with the IVDP and regularly report progress to the IV head. Adjust activity planning based on feedback from the IV team head and contribute to achieving the annual development plan (IVDP).

QUALIFICATONS:
• University degree in business related field ideally with a major in sales and marketing
• Have at least 5 years of experience in international logistics or as a sales representative in charge of customers in own IV. Also have at least 3 years of experience in planning and development section.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Knowledge of specific industries. Must have experience in specific industries and be familiar with the characteristics of industries.
• Have a logical thinking. The ability to anticipate and propose future logistics optimizations based on a deep understanding of IV specificities and a thorough understanding of customer supply chains.
• Being good at hypothesis and execution. Ability to create multiple scenarios based on acquired information and to create solutions from various angles by actually testing the hypothesis.
• Advanced communication skills, teamwork and coordination. Strong willingness to cooperate and engage information, personnel and people necessary to achieve objectives.
• Fluent English proficiency mandatory, other languages are a plus.
